Your product only has value when it is ultimately used by your customer. And so your product must get to that customer. If that is as simple as packaging and shipping, say, a book, read no further. Then you don't need IPS Technology.
You are still here? Then you know that with many industrial products it is not that simple. For example, products are so large that they cannot be transported as a single unit. Then it is important to disassemble them in such a way that they can later be made into a whole again as easily as possible. This is just one example. Manufacturers and customers of manufacturers often have very specific requirements for disassembly, packaging, transport and assembly - and these requirements are almost always unique. They have to do with cost, speed, efficiency, space, ease of use or safety. Or probably a combination of these. And they call for customized solutions time and time again. IPS responds to this need by designing and testing packaging and techniques related to assembly, transport and disassembly. We do this successfully, because IPS is one of the leaders in the market. We owe this success to our craftsmanship and to our extensive 'chain thinking': even before a customer develops a product, we look into the way in which that product can be transported from the production hall to the customer while retaining the value of that product. This structured approach ensures that we do the right things at the right time and that you are assured of well thought-out, traceable workable solutions. Naturally, our approach is always tailored to the specific situation and need. But it is just as natural that we go through clearly recognizable phases. We start with an inventory. After which we focus on concept development, materialization and implementation. At various points in the process, testing is possible.

BUY OR MAKE YOUR OWN?
Buy or make your own? There's a lot involved in that consideration. IPS knows the factors that play a role, such as functionality and appearance. But we also know that you don't want to incur any unnecessary costs. That's why we use standardized packaging materials and systems as much as possible in our designs. Our up-to-date database of suppliers and delivery programs is useful for this. And however well we know these suppliers, we work independently of them. We guarantee objective advice and protect your identity with those suppliers.
ESPECIALLY FOR INDUSTRY
IPS has become big as a packaging specialist for the industrial market. Packaging for the industrial market focuses primarily on the functions of protection and logistics. Integral cooperation within the business chain is important here. Also relevant: we ensure cost savings through standardization and innovation.
Producers of consumer goods also know how to find IPS. After all, the following applies to this market: those who meet the particularly strict and specific requirements of the industrial market are also successful in the consumer market in certain areas. And adds knowledge for that market.
ALL DOCUMENTS AT HAND
IPS provides technical product documentation (TPD) with the developed packaging. The documents are produced according to the client's guidelines and serve as support during ordering, production and use. Common documents are:
Technical drawings; CAD models, Cutting plot files; Order sheets; Material lists for material accounting; Packing instructions. If required, we also supply prototypes and start-up batches of packaging and tooling.
